Learn the skills to become a more resilient person and better manage life’s daily stresses. Develop mindfulness and value-based goal setting skills that can help gain clarity about our daily direction in life and battle less with our own thinking.

 An experiential, evidence-based approach that draws on Mindfulness and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Training). Mindful Space is collaborating with ACT trainer and counsellor, Andy Wilson. A 4-week course at Insole Court, Llandaff.
