“ This is my first experience of meditation classes and I have found them very interesting and enjoyable. I liked the idea of Mindfulness Meditation and each week we have looked at a slightly different issue and how we are affected by it. The classes are structured but informal, interesting and very peaceful. If you are feeling stressed at the beginning of the class you will go away feeling very chilled out at the end of the evening.”

“ Having suffered from Rheumatoid Arthritis for a number of years, trying to cope had taken its toll on me. Depression and panic attacks had set in and I decided to try and do some meditation to help me cope and started attending Vicki's class. What I have gained from this class is a sense of calmness and an awareness of how I am feeling inside and I am now able to control my emotions a lot more. Vicki has a calming and effective way of teaching the class.”
