A Mindful Approach to Stress

Chronic stress can damage your immune system and reduce your quality of life. It is possible to develop the skills to better manage stress in your life. Mindfulness can help. In this workshop we will explore a range of mindfulness strategies and principles: meditation, working with intrusive thoughts, developing compassion for self and others, body awareness and breathwork. The integration of these skills into your life can lead to greater stress resilience, happiness, well-being and peace of mind.

This workshop is suitable for those who need to manage stress and anxiety in their day to day lives and for professionals who work with clients experiencing stress.
