Learn new ways of handling stress, pain and difficult feelings. An experiential course in mindfulness, based on the work of Jon Kabat-Zinn and Mark Williams. Learn in a supportive group environment with an experienced meditator and trainer. We are offering a discount for NHS frontline staff.

Covid 19
As a Mindful Space student or potential student, your safety and well-being are really important to us. We have adapted this course to make it safe for you. We are following government guidelines regarding social distancing and Covid-19 safe measures. The sessions will take place in a large room where there is ample space between participants and good ventilation. We will provide hand sanitisers. The group size is restricted. If a lockdown is re-imposed during the course, the sessions will continue online (via zoom). We offer flexible cancellation conditions if you are affected by Covid-19.
