Cardiff 8-Week Course in Mindfulness (MBSR/MBCT): Sept - Dec 2020

Dates: 8 weekly Wednesday evening sessions, starting 23 September plus one full day, Saturday 14 November

Learn new ways of handling stress, pain and difficult feelings. This experiential course in mindfulness covers the core syllabus of the 8-week courses in MBSR, (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) and MBCT, (Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy).

COVID-19 We are running this course in person and your safety and well-being is really important to us. We have adapted the course to make it safe for you. We are following government guidelines regarding social distancing and Covid-19 safe measures. The sessions will take place in a large room where there is ample space between participants. The group size is restricted. If lockdown is re-imposed during the course, the sessions will continue online (via zoom). We offer flexible cancellation conditions if you are affected by Covid-19.
