Now more than ever we need to build our resilience, for our own well-being and to be able to support others. Resilience isn’t about being tough but about flexibility: learning to work with, rather than against the difficulties that are thrown our way. It’s about learning ‘to go with the flow’. Over the weekend we will focus on the core elements of psychological flexibility: awareness, wisdom (including values and insight) and compassion.
