Interpersonal Mindfulness (Insight Dialogue) Meditation Group

Insight Dialogue is a brilliant way to extend your meditation practice off your cushion and to your interactions with others. It's a meditation practice which you do in pairs (or small groups). You're invited to extend your mindfulness to include the other person, bringing mindful awareness into the acts of speaking and listening. Through developing insight into the habits that generate interpersonal stress we can learn to allow calmness and clarity into our interactions with one another. Insight Dialogue was developed by Gregory Kramer.

Who's the group for?
It's open to anyone who has done an 8-week mindfulness course or who has a meditation practice.
