Mindful Self-Compassion, 4-week course, Cardiff

Self-compassion includes the tools of kindness, mindfulness and acceptance. The focus of course will be developing these skills. When we are more self-compassionate we become better able to bounce back from life's challenges and experience greater well-being.

This practical course includes input, techniques and exercises you can take away, discussion and experiential awareness activities. A 4-week course at Insole Court, Llandaff.
