Mindfulness is a valuable workplace skill; both to support yourself but also to share with colleagues and clients. On this course you will explore what mindfulness is, the benefits and scientific theory. You will have the opportunity to experience mindfulness techniques and develop/deepen your own mindfulness practice. Finally it will be a space in which to reflect on how you might bring mindfulness into your work context and relationships.
