Online 8-Week Course in Mindfulness (MBSR/MBCT): May - July 2020

Learn new ways of handling stress, pain and difficult feelings. This experiential course in mindfulness covers the core syllabus of the 8-week courses in MBSR, (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) and MBCT, (Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy).

Learning online
During the coronavirus outbreak we have moved all our teaching online. So far we have found that this is working well. The sessions will be via Zoom (an app similar to Skype). There will be a maximum of 14 participants in the group.
