Often we struggle with or try to avoid the things that cause us stress. On this course we offer a different approach. You will learn to build stress resilience through clarifying what really matters to you (your values) and letting yourself be motivated and guided by these values. This transformative approach encourages you to get into the driving seat of your own life. An experiential, evidence-based course based on Mindfulness and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Training).
