“The biggest challenge is to keep your practice alive” Jon Kabat-Zinn
Making mindfulness part of your life
To get the most from your practice you need, as Jon Kabat-Zinn suggests above, to keep it alive – to develop it, make it part of your life, to let it be something that nourishes you on a daily basis. It is a path not a destination.
Tools that help
The key tools to deepening your practice are: having a clear intention, including mindfulness in your daily routine, practising with others, getting input and fresh ideas and contact with a teacher.
