Drop-in Evenings

An opportunity to have a taste of mindfulness training, or to give your practice a boost. We run Drop-in Evenings once or twice a term in Cardiff. The next one is:

Drop-In Evening - Mindful Self-Compassion
· Learn the skills of acceptance and kindness
· Experience core mindfulness practices
· Meet others interested in mindfulness
· Work with mindfulness trainer Vicki Worsley
· Have an evening of stillness and reflection
