If you are have completed an 8-week mindfulness training, retreats are a valuable way of deepening your practice, with others in silence. We are running the following Level II retreat this year:

Silent Practice Days

We run a silent practice day in Cardiff each term and in the summer term in Swansea. These are open to 8-week course graduates. Next Silent Practice Days:
