way of deepening your practice, with others in silence. We are running the
following Level II retreat this year:

Silent Practice Days
run a silent practice day in Cardiff each term and in the summer term in Swansea. These are open to 8-week
course graduates. Next Silent Practice Days:

For those using mindfulness in their work with others, retreats are an invaluable way of developing insight. Jon Kabat-Zinn writes:
