What is it?
Membership gives you access to an on-going programme of mindfulness training and support.

Why join up?
The Mindful Space Membership Programme gives you the opportunity to:

·        have regular input from experienced mindfulness trainers
·        practise mindfulness meditation in a group
·        stay connected with the people you trained with and develop your mindfulness network
·        reflect on your practice through one-to-one mentoring sessions  and
·        develop your mindfulness meditation with Silent Practice Days each term

Who is it for?
Membership is aimed at people who have completed an 8-week mindfulness course. If you have any questions about this, get in touch.

What’s included in the Membership Programme?

The Workshops:
Level II evening workshops at Insole Court:,Llandaff, Cardiff: 3rd Wednesday of each month: 7-9pm.

The Silent Practice Days:
There is one each term (3 per year): on a Saturday in Cardiff. The next one is Sat 11 March 2017.

Mentoring:
One-to-one sessions (2 per year), face to face or by phone/Skype with trainers: Vicki, Keith or Steven.

Mindful Space runs mindfulness workshops and retreats. The next ones are:

A Mindful Approach to Pain: Swansea: Thursday 10 November 2016
Retreat: Mindful Self-Compassion: Cardigan, 3-day retreat, Summer 2017

How much does membership cost?
Fees: £20/month (payable by PayPal)
